2015 Quality Roadmap: Achieving Equitable Care for All Patients

The 2015 Roadmap will bring together health care professionals with an interest in quality, equity and excellence to advance our shared mission of providing safe, high-quality care for all patients. Attendees will hear from cutting-edge leaders on their experiences implementing initiative to impact both equity and quality of care. A storyboard reception will follow the presentations where attendees will have the opportunity to network with other participants and hear from their peers implementing improvement initiatives across the country. This event will focus on the intersections of quality and equity to advance patient-centeredness, improve health outcomes and establish new paths towards success. Download the agenda here.

Attendees of the 2015 Quality Roadmap must be a member of one of the host organizations to participate. This event will directly precede the Heath Forum and American Hospital Association Leadership Summit. Call for Storyboards! The Quality Roadmap will conclude with a storyboard reception that will feature posters developed by conference participants. Posters should exhibit original content about your organization's work to address health care disparities, promote equity of care and improve quality of care for all patients.
